Notice on Implementation of Point Expiration Policy

Hello, Soom members.

We sincerely thank all our members for always using and supporting Dollsoom.com.

As previously noticed through the revised Terms of Service (newly added Article 11 regarding points) effective June 13, 2026, we are notifying again regarding the official application of Dollsoom.com’s point expiration policy.

To ensure stable and transparent service operations in the future, we are implementing the point expiration policy based on the revised Terms.

For points accumulated prior to the revision of the Terms, a sufficient grace period will be applied as follows, in accordance with Article 2 of the Addenda to the revised Terms to protect the valuable rights of our members.

• Policy Implementation Provisions: Article 11 (Point Operation Policy) and Addenda of the Terms and Conditions

• Expiration Date for Previously Accumulated Points: Until June 13, 2027 (Points accumulated prior to the effective date of the Terms)

• Expiration Target and Criteria: Any previously accumulated unused points not used by June 13, 2027 will be forfeited collectively after that date and will not be restored.

We ask members to check their point balances and transaction history and to use all points(comparable to cash) for purchases within the our store before the grace period ends on June 13, 2027.

Starting from June 13, 2026, the effective date of the revised Terms, newly accumulated points will also be subject to a validity period of one year from the date of accumulation, in accordance with Article 11, Paragraph 3.
