Lottery Guide
The raffle is a lottery-based ordering method introduced to provide our customers with fair purchasing opportunities and convenience. In particular, to prevent participation by resellers who secure dolls in advance to resell them at high prices, entry is limited to members whose doll purchase history can be verified, and each person is allowed to enter only once. Winners are selected 100% randomly through a lottery program and are disclosed in the form of a member number to protect personal information. The member number is the # number displayed next to your ID in ‘My Account’. Winners may place an order for the product during the designated order period.
How to enter
Entry is limited to one entry per person, and duplicate entries will be invalidated. Changes to options or cancellations are not accepted after entry. Purchases can only be made by the winner themselves, and the winning eligibility cannot be transferred to another person. Failure to make payment after winning may result in restrictions on future event eligibility, so please enter carefully. Winner status will be announced on the announcement date in the winner notice and important notes below, so please check directly.
