We’re introducing authenticity verification process for our dolls!
Authentication is a crucial step in verifying that your doll is truly made by SOOM.
Experience the meticulous quality and responsible after-sales service that only authentic dolls offer.
Please choose one of the two methods below, whichever is most convenient for you.
l. Soom Smart Certificate Verification
This is the authentication method applied to Soom dolls released after 2021.
You can easily verify the authenticity of the doll through your smartphone even if you don’t have a certificate.

ll. Certificate Serial Number Inquiry
All Soom dolls are issued with a certificate proving their authenticity.
Scanning the certificate’s QR code will take you to the authentication verification page, where you can enter the serial number to verify the doll’s authenticity.
* The certificate is required when you need a after sales warranty request. It is not available without certificate, so please keep the certificate and not to be missed.
* If you fail to check for the Certificate of Authenticity even though entering with correct certification number, please contact us through our Q&A board by attaching the picture of the certificate.
* Please note that we may request a photo for detail and the order number, or your account ID to check the authenticity of your doll.
* The certificate cannot be changed information after the initial issuance, and it cannot be reissued due to transfer, change name, loss or damage.
