Hello, Soom members.<\/p>

We are announcing the changes to Soom Korea’s Terms of Service as follows.<\/p>

1. Effective Date of Revision : June 13, 2026<\/p>

2. Reason for Revision : New Article 11 for Point Clause<\/p>

\u2460Definition and Accumulation of Points<\/span><\/span>
1. \u201cPoints\u201d refer to cyber points granted by the \u201cMall\u201d in accordance with a member\u2019s purchasing activities and participation in events, and can be used like cash when purchasing products at the \u201cMall\u201d.<\/span><\/span>
2. Points are accumulated based on a certain percentage of the product purchase amount, and the accumulation rate may change according to the \u201cMall\u201d\u2019s policy.<\/span><\/span>
3. Points are accumulated based on the completion of order processing or after-sales service.<\/span><\/span>
\u2461Use of Points<\/span><\/span>
1. Members may use points when purchasing products in accordance with the criteria set by the \u201cMall\u201d.<\/span><\/span>
2. Points cannot be refunded in cash and cannot be transferred to others.<\/span><\/span>
3. The minimum amount of points that can be used and the limit per use are subject to \u201cMall\u201d\u2019s policy.<\/span><\/span>
\u2462 Validity Period and Expiration of Points<\/span><\/span>
1. The validity period of points is one year from the date of accumulation.<\/span><\/span>
2. Points that have expired will be forfeited and cannot be restored.<\/span><\/span>
3. If a member withdraws, any points held will be forfeited immediately and cannot be restored.<\/span><\/span>
4. The \u201cMall\u201d may notify members via email of the scheduled expiration of points prior to expiration.<\/span><\/span>
5. Points awarded through events or promotions may be subject to a separate validity period, as determined by individual notifications or announcements.<\/span><\/span>
\u2463 Changes to the Point System<\/span><\/span>
1. The \u201cMall\u201d may change the point system as necessary for business management or service operations.<\/span><\/span>
2. In the event that the criteria for point accumulation, usage conditions, validity period, etc., are changed, the \u201cMall\u201d may notify members in advance.<\/span><\/span>
\u2464 Recovery of Points<\/span><\/span>
1. If points are acquired through fraudulent means, the \u201cMall\u201d may recover the relevant points or restrict their use.<\/span><\/span>
2. Points accumulated due to system errors or abnormal methods may be recovered by the \u201cMall\u201d.<\/span><\/span>
3. In the event of point recovery or restriction of use, the \u201cMall\u201d may notify the Member of the reason.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody>

\u2461 For the protection of customers, points accumulated prior to the effective date may be used until June 13, 2027, and any unused points after that date will expire collectively.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

-If you do not raise a separate objection prior to the effective date of the revised Terms and Conditions, you will be deemed to have agreed to these revised Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

-If you do not agree to the revised Terms of Service, you may request membership withdrawal (termination of service agreement).<\/span><\/span><\/p>
