On general Cutom Order Items -most of resin dolls, parts & some clothes-, usually takes 10~30 business days to process before shipping. On special Custom Order Items-MD & FFD-,usually takes one or two month to process before shipping. This process may take more than noticed time. On most items SOOM will ship your product within 24-48 hours. On product not in stock, average delivery time is about 10 to 30 days. If we foresee a delay in shipping or possible backorder, we will contact you by e-mail to make you aware of any delays on your order. SOOM, will do everything it can to make your shopping experience a pleasurable one. |

After your payment terms have been confirmed, (usually same day with Credit Card order) by our credit department, the items you ordered are processed and reserved for your order. Orders generally take 1~60 business days to process depending on the styles being ordered.
When all the items on your order are processed, your order will be filled and shipped. Because of our huge volume and ease of handling with EMS we generally utilize the this network. Delivery will normally take 3 - 7 business days for Express and 14days to 30 days for surface or regular delivery to deliver your package, either door to door, or door to airport. For most orders, delivery will be made to the actual address given. Please note that if you do not provide complete and accurate billing information, your order will be delayed until our shipping department receives the required information. |
