  Order Process ¡¡ ¡¡
There are four steps in which you have to complete for the online order to be processed.

You will either login as a return user, or be ask to enter your ID and a Password to create a new account for you. You will then go on to finish to create your account with your billing and shipping information. After which the account has been created, you then need to confirm shipping address again.

After you have select the product that you wish to buy, click "Add to Cart" and you will see the product in the shopping cart.

If you wish to continue to shop, click "Continue Shopping" and it will bring you to the home page again. 
4 If you added all items to your cart, select the shipping company and your country.
5 Click "Checkout" and continue to fill out the online order form.
* Allows you to choose payment methods with different credit cards.
  Order Cancellations ¡¡ ¡¡

Cutom Orders
(All Resin Dolls)
¡¡ If you place a "Custom Order", it cannot be cancelled after making payment. If you place a layaway order, it cannot be cancelled after making 1st payment. Basically all resin dolls that listed on Soom site are item on demand. Also some outfits are item on demand. In the case of cancelling order due to circumstances beyond our control-death, disappearance, or corresponding case- there will be 25% of cancelling charge.

General Orders
(Before Shiping)
¡¡ If you wish to cancel the order, simply press "Remove" in "Order Status".
All order cancellations that are successfully submitted and processed before the order ships out from the warehouse does not subject to 25% restocking fee.

(After Shipping)
¡¡ At SOOM cancellations are possible for any reason and you will receive a complete refund less a 25% restock fee if returned. If the product or merchandise has already been shipped, it is your responsibility to cover or pay all shipping and handling charges to you and back to us. All orders will have a 25% restocking fee if return is requested. All orders placed on-line will require a 25% restock fee if returned as well as freight paid by consumer back to us.

Merchandise Damaged In Delivery ¡¡ For your protection, do not sign for merchandise until you have inspected your product for damage. If the damaged merchandise is received, keep the original carton the product arrived in and take the following steps: Shipper- EMS, contact quickly your local shipping company office for a damage inspection report. Request that Shipper. return the merchandise to the return address on the package or carton. Do not return the product or merchandise yourself as this may slow down or delay your credit or reorder. Shipper. will issue you a Damage Call Tag Number. After receiving this call tag number contact SOOM and we will ask for the Damage Call Tag Number and issue you a Return Authorization Number. Shipper-Common Carrier, Trucking Company, Etc.., If a Trucking Company or Common Carrier delivers
damaged merchandise to you at the address you requested, have the driver write down the nature of the damage on the Bill of Lading. Be sure both the driver and you sign this Bill of Lading. If damage to the merchandise is
severe you may refuse the delivery.Be sure that the driver has noted the damage in detail, both of you have signed, and get your customer copy of receipt or Bill of Lading. Contact SOOM for additional instructions. SOOM is not responsible for all Not-inspected damage items at time of delivery.

Defective Merchandise ¡¡

We accept return only if the item is defective. Defective item has be reported to SOOM within 1 day of receipt of receiving the doll at the address you specified to us when the order was placed. Defective item can be exchanged for the same product. Certain merchandise may require manufactures service first before the return is allowed in order to correct the problem. To return your product or merchandise contact SOOM by e-mail right away.(E-mail address : soom@dollsoom.net) All items returned must be in new and unused condition. Carton must be un-opened and all product accessories, manuals, etc., intact, new and un-used.

Returns
(Custom Order)
¡¡ All the sOom doll orders are CUSTOM ORDERS. CUSTOM ORDERS are not returnable. In the case of returned product due to circumstances beyond our control-death, disappearance, or corresponding case, sOom will issue a refund "less shipping and a 25% restocking fee".

Returns
(Orders made in error by the customer)
¡¡ SOOM will issue a refund "less shipping and a 25% restocking fee" for orders made in error by the customer within 10 days of date shipped.  All items returned must be in new and unused condition. Carton must be un-opened and all product accessories, manuals, etc., intact, new and un-used. After this 10 day period, it is at the discretion of SOOM to accept any inventory back. Once a return authorization number has been issued, it is only valid for 15 days after issuance. After this 15 day period SOOM will refuse product.
* SOOM reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any membership policies at any time without notice. SOOM at its discretion may also cancel an order prior to shipment from a free email account as well as as any other type email account. SOOM also reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at anytime.
